There are errors in a user account after login. How do I fix it?
If Ensignia displays errors after a user logs in to their account but no other users experience the problem, there could be something wrong with the user's preference file.
Deleting the file [data]/[email].pref should solve the problem. The program will re-create and re-populate this file with the default program settings on first login.
